Returns

We want you to feel confident in your Woodsie Wonder purchase. If something is not quite right, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery.


How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email info@woodsiewonder.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will confirm the next steps and provide instructions on where to send your parcel.


Eligibility

Items must be unused and in perfect condition.
All parts and packaging must be included.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days.
Your order number is required.
Gift cards are non-refundable.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend choosing a tracked and insured delivery service, as customers are responsible for any damage that may occur in transit. Original shipping fees and customs charges are non-refundable.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not available. If you would like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one instead.
