until it arrives in your home. We aim to make shipping reliable and transparent, wherever you live.

Delivery within 2–4 working days.

European Union

Complimentary shipping.
Delivery within 4–7 working days.

Non-EU Europe

United Kingdom: £14
Switzerland: CHF 20
Norway: NOK 221

Import VAT and duties may apply and are payable by the recipient.
Delivery within approximately 4–7 business days, depending on destination.
We do not ship outside Europe at this time.

Customs and Import Fees

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to local import VAT, customs duties and carrier clearance or handling fees.

These charges are not collected by Woodsie Wonder at checkout and are payable by the recipient. Depending on the destination and carrier, payment may be requested before or upon delivery.

 

Packaging

All orders are shipped in recyclable, sturdy cardboard packaging to ensure each piece arrives safely.

 

Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist quickly.
