Every Woodsie Wonder piece is packed in our Berlin studio and shipped with trusted partners such as DHL. Each order includes a tracking link so you can follow its journey until it arrives in your home. We aim to make shipping reliable and transparent, wherever you live.

Germany

Delivery within 2–4 working days.
Complimentary shipping.

European Union

Delivery within 4–8 working days.
Complimentary shipping.

Non-EU Europe

Delivery within 5–10 working days.
€15 shipping fee to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway.
Duties and import VAT apply upon delivery.
We do not ship outside Europe at this time.

Customs and Import Fees

Orders delivered outside the European Union are subject to local customs duties and import VAT. These fees are collected by local authorities or carriers upon delivery. Woodsie Wonder does not pre-collect these charges at checkout.

 

Packaging

All orders are shipped in recyclable, sturdy cardboard packaging to ensure each piece arrives safely.

 

Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist as quickly as possible.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
