1. Conclusion of Contract

By placing an order through our online shop, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products. A contract is formed once you receive an order confirmation email from us.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices shown on our website include VAT where applicable.
Prices do not include customs duties or import fees for orders outside the European Union. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. The purchase price is due immediately upon ordering.

3. Product Information and Use

We make every effort to present our products as accurately as possible. Colours, wood tones and materials may vary slightly depending on lighting and screen settings. Our products are intended for private, non-commercial use. Commercial resale without our prior written consent is not permitted.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processes or events outside our reasonable control.
For deliveries outside the European Union, local customs duties and import VAT apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Return conditions and instructions are provided on our Returns page.

6. Retention of Title

Products remain the property of Woodsie Wonder GmbH until full payment has been received.

7. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist promptly.

8. Safety and Supervision

Woodsie Wonder products are designed and tested with care. However, they are not a substitute for the supervision of a responsible adult. Parents and caregivers are responsible for ensuring that our products are assembled correctly, securely installed, regularly checked for wear or damage and used only according to our instructions and age recommendations. Children should never be left unattended while using our products. Woodsie Wonder is not liable for damages arising from improper assembly, modification or use that does not follow our safety instructions.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
For simple negligence, we are liable only for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, or for breaches of essential contractual obligations. In these cases, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for such contracts.
